Ethiopia KidsHubTV Update
‘Tesfa Tiwilid’ is the name of the children’s television show inspired by KidsHubTV, made in Ethiopia for Amharic speakers globally. It has been a year since we first reported on the TV show in KidsHubs news. The TV show has now been on air twice a week, every Friday evening and Saturday morning on the El Shaddai Satellite Network. Togo Teens Lead Camp

Finding Barnabas
Barnabas in the New Testament was a giver, empowered others and was always ready to encourage and uplift another leader. It was these qualities in local Malagasy leaders that Gwladys from Madagascar sought to find, train and encourage. It was after a devotion on Barnabas at the GCF Leadership Experience school Gwladys attended in April this year that she said: “I did some evaluation of my previous trainings (of children’s ministry leaders) and realized that many times, I did not really emphasize rising up a Barnabas and as a result the training did not have as powerful an impact.” [Read more…]
Compassion Works
Imagine being scared for your life for no other reason than you looked different. For 270 albino and disabled children in a special community in Shinyanga, Tanzania this was their experience. In many parts of the Lake Victoria zone albinos were killed because of witchcraft and traditional beliefs. For this reason the Tanzanian government established a refuge in Shinyanga to help and serve the lives of these special children. [Read more…]

There are exciting times ahead for the Togo KidsHubs team.
In mid July 40 young leaders between the ages of 13 and 18 began a 7-week, day camp training. The vision of the school is to raise up the next generation of leaders who will be equipped to impact their own community and be innovative agents of change for the Gospel. [Read more…]
